Repair Process:
- Complete the Support Form: Provide the necessary details, including chamber model, serial number, pictures, and any other required information.
- Watch our repacking video instructions: Visit OxyHealth.com/packaging to watch instructional videos on properly removing the internal frames and folding your chamber for packaging and shipping.
- You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Carefully review the RMA, making any necessary adjustments to your address.
- Note any issues with the product by utilizing the diagram provided on the RMA.
- Fill out the authorization for repair work, including your printed name and date.
- Remove the jacket, hosing, muffler, and any unnecessary accessories from the chamber.
- Return the completed RMA form along with the chamber, ensuring that the unnecessary items are not included.
- Write the RMA number on the exterior of the shipment.

- Package the unit in its original box for return: If you do not have the original box, here are the recommended box dimensions for the following products:

- Quamvis320 (Q320): 33 x 33 x 16

- CO110 compressor (S210 & R270 only): 12 x 9 x 9
- Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself: Please note that attempting to repair the product yourself may impact its reparability. If you have made any repair attempts, kindly inform us before returning the product.
